You have noted that Molnar is “NO LONGER BOUND by the GVHBA CODE OF ETHICS.” We note that the GVHBA Code of Ethics states “members shall at all times comply with the Building Code of British Columbia and local By-Laws and Regulations…” We also know that condos and homes built in accordance with the Building Code shed water to the outside and prevent water from entering the wall assembly and interior rooms. We also know that forensic examinations of leaky rotten condos built by members of the GVHBA reveal multiple violations of the Building Code. Please examine COLCO’s Leaky Rotten Condo List for names of other members who warrant exclusion from the GVHBA based on your Code of Ethics, for example, Adera, Amacon, Boffo, Bosa Ventures, Bosa-Appia, Bosa-Dalex, Bucci, Integulf-Cascadia, Intracorp, Intrawest, Narland, and Polygon, to name a few on List #6 dated June 6, 2000, a copy of which was handed to Peter Simpson, Executive Director, on Monday, June 12. Please use your Code of Ethics to restore confidence in the GVHBA as “The Voice of Residential Construction in Greater Vancouver.” Signed
