We are researching the role of realtors in selling leaky rotten condos.

We have noticed your advertisements for units for sale at Citadel Pointe.

Our research presently shows Citadel Point is in a Genstar "master planned
community" and was built by a "preferred builder" selected by Genstar.  If
this is not correct please let us know.

We have noted that you describe the Citadel Pointe development by Liberty
Homes as: "The best built and finished townhomes"; "the best!"; and "Gold
plated townhomes by Liberty Homes."

We wonder just what these representations by a licensed realtor mean?

Where did you get your information from?  Did you verify it?
Are you aware that the Camelback (LMS 2900, 3280 Plateau Blvd., Coquitlam,)
which was built by Laurie Nobbs and Liberty Homes is on COLCO's Leaky Rotten

What do you know about Citadel Pointe to substantiate the claims you make in
your advertising?
